Sucker Punch Productions have released 18 minutes of gameplay footage for Ghost of Tsushima. The footage showcases customization, the various combat features, and a photo mode.
The game takes place in the 13th century of the Mongol Empire. Ghost of Tsushima is an open-world action game that takes a different approach to how players traverse.
The gameplay is reminiscent of Assassin’s Creed games and Sekiro Shadows Die Twice when it comes to combat. However, in most open-world games you are led by an indicator that tells you the direction you should be headed in. In this game, you will led by the direction of the wind. Waypoints are non-existent and you will choose your own path.
Ghost of Tsushima is a PlayStation 4 exclusive and will be released July 17, 2020.
